These terms apply when you order or book through this website with EFES Turkish Restaurant, 91 Outram Street, Sutton-in-Ashfield NG17 4BG.

Orders

• Your order is accepted when the restaurant confirms it. If we can’t make something, we’ll call you.
• Collection and delivery times are estimates and can be longer when we are busy.
• Delivery is to nearby postcodes only. A minimum order and delivery charge may apply and are shown at checkout.
• Online offers, such as 10% off orders over £20, apply only where shown and may change.

Prices and payment

Prices on the website include VAT. The total you pay is shown before you confirm.

Problems with your order

If something is wrong or missing, call us on 01623 442222 as soon as possible and we’ll put it right. This does not affect your legal rights.

Table bookings

• An online booking is a request until we confirm it by email. If we can’t fit you in, we’ll tell you.
• You can cancel with the link in your booking email, or by calling us. If you’re running late, please call so we can keep your table.
• For larger groups, please call us to arrange your booking.
